| Practical Tools for Improving Language Services Delivery
Based on the findings of the learning collaborative, change ideas have been useful tools in helping health care organizations to assess, monitor, and overcome barriers to effective communication.
Hospitals worked from November 2006 through May 2008 with the guidance of expert faculty from the George Washington University to identify, test, and implement change ideas to improve the quality of language services.
